Quality Assurance

The MIE Quality Assurance Unit is responsible for the modules and programme evaluation.  For each module, participants will be given Students' Feedback Questionnaires(SFQ).  The Students's Feedback Questionnaire falls under the responsibilty of the Quality Assurance (QA) unit.  This Unit develops, administers, collects and sends these qustionnaires to the lecturer for processing.  The individual reports are then sent to the Heads of Department, Heads of Schools, Coordinator, Quality Assurance Unit and Chairperson of Quality Assurance Steering Committee.  The feedback received is used for reviewing/re-designing the modules.

At the end of each programme, a programme evaluation covering all the different aspects of the programme - administrative, organizational, support provided as well as the overall relevance of the programme to the needs of the participants will be carried out.  The data thus obtained is fed-back into the programme.
